How to Use:
Prepare the application area and the cup hygienically. Place the cup firmly on the skin and attach a compatible cupping pump to the valve. Create the vacuum gradually and in a controlled manner. The vacuum intensity and application time should be determined according to the application area and skin sensitivity.

To remove the cup, release the vacuum first instead of pulling the cup forcefully from the skin.
