Where Can It Be Used?
Depending on the person’s anatomy, application area and practitioner’s assessment, it may be used on suitable areas such as the neck and nape, shoulders, around the shoulder blades, arms, around the elbows, suitable areas of the lower back, hip area, thighs, around the knees and calves.

It is particularly useful as an intermediate size when a 3 cm cup is too small and a 5–6 cm cup is too large.

How to Use:
Prepare the skin and equipment according to appropriate hygiene practices. Place the cup so that it makes full contact with the skin. Connect a compatible cupping pump to the valve and gradually create a controlled vacuum.

The vacuum intensity should be adjusted according to the application area and skin sensitivity. When removing the cup, release the vacuum first and then gently lift the cup from the skin.
